A human connection is integral to the House of Rowan brand and the services we offer.
We always start with an initial consultation where we listen carefully to you, enabling us to understand your passions and motivations, likes and dislikes and how you live your life. Once we have established your vision and needs, we will discuss how we can help you to translate your style and your story into your home and surroundings.
As every project is unique and each client has different requirements, we tailor our services accordingly. Therefore, the following list is intended to be a guide of what we can do and how we tend to work.
We work closely with our clients through all stages of the interior design process, from the initial concept and space planning, through to the the final furniture and soft furnishing installation. The full interior design service includes the following, but this list is by no means rigid or exhaustive.
Concept design & space planning
Detailed technical design and drawings
Electrical and lighting layouts
Specification for all interior finishes and details
Furniture, lighting and soft furnishing specification
Full procurement service
Accessories sourcing and styling
Coordination and specialist installation
When you don’t need the full interior design package we offer our styling service. This ranges from adding statement pieces of furniture or art to reconfiguring existing room layouts.
We also can help with sourcing and leasing of furniture or art for special events and offer assistance and guidance in choosing art whether you are expanding an existing collection or starting anew
Project Coordination / Design Assurance
Managing a large design or renovation project can be daunting. We are typically brought in at the initial stages where we work alongside the architect to ensure their designs reflect your style, vision and budget. We can get as involved as you wish us to be from sourcing, recommending and managing suppliers to regular site visits until project completion.
Lizzet takes great pleasure in designing furniture, joinery details or other bespoke elements and regularly works with specialised craftsmen that are equally passionate about their role in creating unique pieces.
